Folgaria is an attractive village located on the border of Trentino in the province of Vicenza. The resort is full of character and has a wealth of apres ski possibilities including an indoor swimming pool, ice rink and sports centre. A castle, museum of local costumes and botanical gardens add to Folgaria's Italian charm.
The Skiing
Your lift pass covers a total of 70km of pistes on 53 different slopes of which 52km are integrated. The resort offers a wealth of skiing for the beginner and intermediate. Beginners will commence at the excellent nursery slopes close to the village at Francolini or Fondo Grande, before continuing to the slightly more challenging blue slopes of Passo Sommo and Francolini. Intermediates of all standards will enjoy a variety of descents in Fondo Piccolo, Fondo Grande, Serrada and Passo Coe. More skiing is available in the areas of Corneto and Lavarone (each with approximately 18km of pistes), accessed by local ski bus. More than 20 English speaking instructors offer group lessons in downhill skiing and snowboarding.
Hotels 
Topflight offer a selection of excellent 3 star hotels in Folgaria. The main being Hotel Irma, Hotel Vittoria & Hotel Garden. Each sleeps a max of 4 per room. All rooms are well furnished and have full en-suite facilities, direct dial telephone, television and most also have balcony. Aprés-ski
There are many apres ski possibilities in Folgaria. Shops are open late in the evenings and pedestrianised streets allow for a safe stroll. A large indoor sports complex offers swimming and ice-skating for groups while John's disco offers students a chance to let their hair down a little more. Hotels generally have large recreational rooms available for video, quiz nights etc.
