Host of the 1991 World Ski Championship the village of Saalbach, situated in the heart of Salzburgerland is a world-renowned large resort in Austria. The picturesque lively resort has a wide range of cafes, après-ski bars, live music, wide variety of shops and restaurants all in the centre.
The Skiing
Better known as the Ski Circus the main villages of Saalbach, Hinterglem and Leogang make up Austria's largest coherent ski region. Over 200km of interconnected pistes are available only 150m from your Gastehaus. Over 55 ski lifts, chair lifts and gondolas ensure that whether a beginner, intermediate or a pro there is a wealth of skiing opportunities for everyone.

The newly refurbished accommodation is set in the well known Glemm Valley just 150m from the nearest lift and 3.5km from the lively resort centre of Saalbach. The beautifully spacious and comfortably furnished rooms all have en suite facilities, some have cable-tv, hairdryer and a safe while most rooms have balconies. Its modern facilities also include, a large bar, 5 dining areas which can also be used for recreational space and ski storage.
Aprés-ski
There is a lot of recreational space in the Gastehaus for in-house entertainment and the centre of Saalbach offers lively entertainment in the shape of live music and discos while there are endless opportunities for adventurous evenings in the valley including ice skating, curling, bowling, tobogganing, horse drawn sleigh rides and swimming.
