| Will power is key for Gunners, says Cesc |

Cesc Fabregas insists William Gallas is a born leader who can inspire Arsenal's rookies in the year ahead.
Gallas this week admitted to regrets over his leadership last season, when he infamously staged a sit down protest after the 2-2 draw at Birmingham.
Arsene Wenger has yet to name his skipper for the forthcoming campaign, with Fabregas among the candidates. But the Spaniards, arguably Arsenal's most influential player, says Gallas should be given another chance.
It's been a summer of departures at the Emirates Stadium, with Gilberto Silva, Mathieu Flamini and Alexander Hleb among those leaving. But Fabregas feels Wenger's ability to nurture young talent will compensate for the exodus.
Meanwhile, Arsenal last night completed the signing of Portugal Under 21 midfielder Amaury Bischoff from Werder Bremen for an undisclosed fee.
