Soccer: Ince Takes Charge of Blackburn
Paul Ince took charge of Blackburn Rovers yesterday.  He will be replacing former Manchester United team mate Mark Hughes.
Ince made history yesterday by becoming the first black English manager in the Premier League.  He stated that it was a big deal and that more black players should be encouraged to go into management.

His first priority at the club is to hold onto David Bentley and Roque Santa Cruz.  Both these players suggested that their future may lie with different clubs following the departure of Hughes.

Ince said; "I want to keep my best players-Bentley and Santa Cruz among them".

He is looking forward to the pre-season which will begin on the 7th of July with no fears surrounding him; "I am not scared of many things and there is no fear factor coming to Blackburn.  It is exciting coming here".
