Price is based on a minimum of 40 on each coach transfer. If you have fewer travelling we will organise for your group to join another for all transfers/tours in order to keep cost the same. If you have 20-25 travelling and wish to have private coach transfers a supplement will apply. Each training session lasts 2 hours and tour may be extended to include extra coaching and matches
There are three Field Hockey teams, Amsterdam, Pinoke and Hurley, who play their matches around the Wagener Olympic Stadium in the nearby city of Amstelveen. Amsterdamische is the oldest Field Hockey club of the Netherlands. Founded in 1892 it is the largest in Amsterdam with 2,111 members. The team is a power house of both domestic and international hockey. Both its men’s and women’s teams are annual contenders for the Dutch titles. The men’s team won its maiden European Cup in 2005.
Floortje Engels has been selected by Head Coach Marc Lammes to participate in the 2007 champions Trophy.
HC Rotterdam was founded in 1925 and is the biggest hockey club in the Netherlands. The first teams (men and women) compete on the highest level of the Dutch field hockey league. HC Rotterdam hosted the 2001 Men’s Champions Trophy and the 2005 Junior Men’s Hockey World Cup.

Benetton Rugby Treviso is an rugby union club currently competing in the Super 10. They are based in Treviso in Veneto, and owned by the Benetton clothing company. Benetton Treviso were founded in 1932. The team has won 12 national titles, the last one in 2006, and three Italian Cups. Many foreign players have played for Treviso including coach and World Cup winner Craig Green, the former national coach and World Cup winner John Kirwan and World Cup winner Michael Lynagh. Treviso has always supplied a large number of players to the national team.
Benetton Treviso competed in the 1995-96 Heineken Cup, the inaugural competition of the European rugby competitions where they played two games in the competition, winning one and losing one. They also won the domestic championship in the 1997 season followed by 3 victories in the 1998-99 Heineken Cup.
Benetton Treviso dominated the Italian leagues for a number of seasons to come. They won the Italian Cup in 1998, as well as their premiership, this was followed by premiership victories in 1999, 2001, 2003, 2004 and again in 2006. Benetton Treviso spent the 2000-01 and 2002- 03 European seasons in the European Challenge Cup before winning half of their games in the 2004-05 Heineken Cup. |
